SNIPR Sports offers these digital tools to you, the user, under the agreement that access to and use of these tools is subject to the following Terms of Service and other applicable laws. By accessing and using the Website, you signify your consent and agreement to these Terms of Service, as well as the “Privacy Policy” posted on this Website. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety, please do not use this Website.

You may use this site to browse products, place orders, and create an account. You may not use this site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We make every effort to ensure that product information on our site is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free. SNIPR Sports reserves the right to change the descriptions, specifications, and prices of the products offered on the Service without notice and at any time. Such products may not be available for delivery to your country of residence. Our delivery to you of an email confirmation following your placement of an order does not constitute our acceptance of such order, and we reserve the right to reject such order or limit the quantity of products under such order. 

We use reasonable efforts to fulfill orders, but cannot guarantee availability of any particular product and sometimes an item may not be immediately available. In that case, we may cancel your order or contact you for follow-up. We reserve the right to discontinue selling any product at any time without notice.

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Prices may differ from other promotional prices we or others make available online or other retailer prices in your area.

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as indicated on our site. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. SNIPR provides a 30-day limited North American warranty on ODIN brand hockey sticks. Please see our Warranty policy for more information.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant tha your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. 

In no case shall SNIPR Sports, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product.
