SNIPR x ODIN Warranty Policy
At SNIPR we proudly stand behind the quality of our products.
SNIPR provides a 30-day limited North American warranty on ODIN brand hockey sticks. If your stick is damaged due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a one-time replacement.
This warranty applies only to products which break due to a manufacturing defect and is limited to a one time replacement of the original purchased item only. Wear and tear from normal usage is unavoidable and to be expected, and not covered by warranty. If it is determined that the stick was used improperly and or damaged by negligence, abuse, heat, mechanical means or untypical use, the stick will not be covered by the warranty.
This warranty does not apply to professional hockey players or those competing in the NHL, AHL, ECHL, CHL, USHL, college, university or junior leagues.
To process your warranty claim please present the original purchase receipt as well as a clear photograph of the serial number on your ODIN stick to the email below.
Please note that warranty claims are eligible for a one time replacement stick only; no cash refunds available. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to the return of the damaged stick.
